As Manager of Vendor Relations and Customer Support, Colby responsibilities run 24/7/365. Colby interfaces with and represents the Company with third-party vendors including new client implementations, support services, technical development and interfaces as well as managing the Customer Support Team.
His career at ShipMoney began in Customer Service where he was promoted to a management position before moving on to vendor relations. Colby greatly enjoys the relational aspects of working with cardholders, taking their accounts and concerns very seriously. He makes it a goal to grow and become more knowledgeable daily, particularly as relates to his career. Certain experiences, such as having had the opportunity to share time onboard with different crew, have given him an entirely new perspective and vantage point.
Prior to joining ShipMoney, Colby began his career in accounting. He attended Oklahoma State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in marketing and rooting for the Pokes!
Colby lives in the country with his beloved wife, dog and cat. He loves the outdoors and enjoys planting trees, mowing the yard, cutting up brush, and other such activities. He is also a Disc Golf and Frisbee Golf aficionado and has personally developed and maintained a full disc golf course. One of his favorite places to have visited outside the U.S. was Dubrovnik, Croatia where “The castle walls with the crystal-clear blue waters are what dreams are made of.”
